Sponsorship and Co-Sponsorship

FSGW lends financial, technological, and marketing aid to programs who have sponsorship or co-sponsorship with us. Benefits of being co-sponsored include:

  • inclusion in our newsletter, website event calendar, and weekly e-blasts
  • ability to reach our 750+  membership base
  • use of our website's registration system for your events and attendees
  • zoom license for meetings with over 100 participants
  • financial support for your venues and artists

There are two types of sponsorship available, fiscal and non-fiscal. The details are outlined below. Please fill out the Google Form application if you would like to apply for sponsorship/co-sponsorship -


Non-fiscal Co-sponsorship: 

The organizing group handles all money related to the event. 

FSGW provides advertising in the newsletter, e-blasts, social media, and on the website.

FSGW provides support as needed. (e.g. sound system, directory of tech/talent, etc.)

FSGW can provide insurance* if needed for approved venues
*To access this feature, the primary contact must be an FSGW member.

Following submission:

Application goes to the relevant Board representative (Dance, Storytelling, Concerts, etc.) for approval and must be submitted 6 weeks prior to the event date.

● Application is approved or denied by either the Board representative or by the full Board if needed.


Fiscal Sponsorship
To access this level, the primary contact must be an FSGW member.

● FSGW handles all money related to the event. 

● FSGW assumes financial responsibility if the event does not break even.

● Unless otherwise specified, FSGW receives 20% of the profit after all expenses (guaranteed minimum for talent, venue fee, etc.) have been paid. 

● FSGW provides advertising in the newsletter, e-blasts, social media and on the website.

● FSGW provides support as needed (e.g. sound system, directory of tech/talent, etc.).

● FSGW can provide insurance if needed for approved venues

Following submission:

● Application goes to the relevant Board representative (Dance, Storytelling, Concerts, etc.) for approval and must be submitted at least 3 months before the event date

● Submissions will not be accepted if the event date is sooner than 10 weeks away.

● Submission requires review by assigned board member before being voted on by the full Board.
