We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate our participants to the best of our ability. Please review our refund policy for advance event registration payments below:

By registering for an event organized by the Folklore Society of Greater Washington, participants acknowledge and agree to adhere to this refund policy.
Note that it is possible to register in advance for an event without paying in advance, by using the “Invoice me” button instead of “Pay online” in the “Review and confirm” registration step. Payment can then be made online later, or on arrival at the event.
