ABOUT HASHDANCE WEEKEND 

The weekend will feature two days of high energy, amazing, challenging sessions, with non-gendered calling, hashing, flow and glide, and delightful figures, as well as workshops, food, fun, singing, and camaraderie in the fabulous Spanish Ballroom and throughout Glen Echo Park, Glen Echo, MD.

WHERE: Spanish Ballroom, Glen Echo Park, MD

WHEN: March 27 & 28, 2027

FOOD (INCLUDED IN PRICE OF ADMISSION): A plant-based protein salad, gluten-free & vegan, (think lentils, garbanzos, black beans) with fruits and veggies on the side, and a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich bar will be provided each day at lunch. Saturday dinner is potluck. Plates and silverware provided

HOUSING: We do our best to match out-of-town dancers with local hosts. If you need housing or can host guests, please indicate on your registration form. Housing requests are rolling. The sooner you submit your request, the more likely it is we can match you up. Requests will close 2 weeks before the event and we will create a message board for matchups.

VOLUNTEERING: We need volunteers to help this event run! If you are interested in volunteering, indicate on your registration form. We have a variety of crews to choose from and do our best to accommodate your schedule. Consider volunteering for pre-weekend food crew to get your obligation over before the dancing begins! Full-weekend volunteers will be assigned 3 hours of work. Partial-weekend volunteers will be assigned 1 hour of work.

T-SHIRTS: Pre-order your shirt by March 5th to guarantee your size and color. Limited sizing available during the weekend.
