The Midwinter Festival returns at a new location! Join us Saturday, March 22nd at Browne Academy in Alexandria, VA for this FREE Folk Festival featuring musical performances, dance demonstrations, singing and instrument workshops, storytelling, family programing, and more!
Programing from 11a.m. to 6 p.m., plus community dance from 7 to 10 p.m.
Featured performers include Capital Accord Chorus, Capitol Hillbillies, Wombat Crossing, Rock Creek Morris Women, Foggy Bottom Morris Men, RAYMI, Archie Edwards Blues Heritage Foundation, Fiddlin' Willie Band, and more!
We will have food trucks: Two Smooth Dudes Food Truck from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and The Roaming Coyote from 3 to 8 p.m.
