DC Square Dance Fundraiser for Hurricane Relief

Come out to St. Stephen's Church in Columbia Heights on Saturday, November 9 from 8-11:00 pm (doors open at 7:30) for a square dance to raise funds for hurricane relief in Appalachia, sponsored by the DC Square Dance Collective with generous support from FSGW. $10 or greater suggested donation

The music and dance traditions we so dearly love are rooted in Appalachia. Our hearts are heavy seeing the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene to areas so many friends call home. We are responding the only way we know how – by highlighting the arts and culture of the area to raise awareness and money to help in their time of need.
