Jesse Palidofsky with Seth Kibel: CD Release Livestream

A special concert event: Saturday, May 15, at 8:00 pm

“I Am an Immigrant” is truly a great song! -- Si Kahn

Azalea City Recordings artist and Washington Folk Festival favorite Jesse Palidofsky teams up with award-winning clarinetist/saxophonist Seth Kibel, violinist Christine Kharazian and bass virtuoso Herman Burney for the release of Jesse’s new recording of original songs, “Our Better Angels."

Jesse has performed his original songs on the sloop Clearwater with Pete Seeger, at the National Theatre and at Common Ground on the Border in Arizona. His “I Am an Immigrant” reached #1 on the international folk charts.  Jesse uses his music extensively for healing—with children with cancer, at social justice rallies, in hospices and in prisons.  Jesse’s updated “America the Beautiful: 2020” with Claire Lynch and Lea Gilmore has 65,000 hits on YouTube.

Jesse is an inspired tunesmith who never falls back on “tried and true” gimmicks. -- James “Sparky” Rucker
