Homegrown singer-songwriter Ara Casey released her debut EP Anon Bee in August, described at aracasey.com as "a fusion of Americana, rockabilly, blues and alternative folk." As a solo guitarist, or with her band The Lonely Ocean, or with singer and guitarist Chase Willett -- who joins her for December's Third Friday at Emma's concert -- Ara is a regular at Madam's Organ and has performed at Villain & Saint, the Velvet Lounge, and the Hirshhorn Fall Festival.
