Inspiring! An exceptional program of songs and images! Sam Hood's irrepressible foot soldiers taunt the cavalry with a line from a popular song? Jenny, a Pennsylvania girl challenges a regiment of Confederate soldiers on their way to Gettysburg?Gilbert, a 40 year old drafted farmer, writes home with details of camp life. Join us for an evening of Civil War songs together with excerpts from the Civil War letters of Judy's own great-great-grandfather. Dressed in 1860's style and accompanying the songs and letters with projected images, Judy Cook weaves a unique and unforgettable program.
