These Quebecers specialize in French and French-Canadian maritime music. Their music traces the link between the maritime traditions of France and the Great Lakes region. Their singing is sometimes accompanied by the percussion of les pieds (feet), and occasionally by other instruments, including fiddle, accordion, flute, jews-harp and spoons.
