New Year's Day (Shape Note Singing)

Start the year with a shout of sacred joy at the annual New Year's Day Sacred Harp Singing, which begins an hour earlier than usual and attracts a good crowd from a wide region. Singing is from 3:00 to 8:00, with a potluck supper break at 6:00. In addition to the 1991 Sacred Harp (loaner tunebooks available), we may use the American Christmas Harp.
