Celebrate Maryland traditions through music, art, and dance at BlackRock Center for the Arts! This one-day festival will include music and dance workshops, an artisan market, student performances, a square dance with Devil in the Mill and caller Janine Smith, and a special double-bill concert with Charm City Junction and Jocelyn Pettit & Ellen Gira on the Main Stage!
