September 2016 Board and Budget Meeting (Board Meeting)

If you have business for the Board, please email the President (president@fsgw.org) at least 24 hours in advance so time can be allocated. The August 28 session will be held at President April Blum's house, and will begin at approximately 11 am with the annual budget meeting, which is expected to last approximately 90 minutes. The September Board meeting will begin after the budget meeting, at approximately 1:00 pm.Eight voting members constitutes a quorum. The 2016-2017 Board comprises 12 voting members: 4 members of the Executive Committee (President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer), 5 Program chairs, and 3 At-Large members.
