Since the 1990s the Tampa Bay Area band Deux Francois has been inspiring Florida dancers with their unique blend of Celtic, old time, and original tunes. Bill Dudley, a veteran of several contra bands including the late, great Squirrelly Germs, provides a solid guitar backup to the talents of fiddler Frances Pisacane, a former member of the DC-based Capitol Quicksteps, Sarah Mitchell on flute, whistle, foot percussion, and hand drum, and Jasmine Hart on electric bass.
