August Board Meeting

Please send Summary Reports to alltheboard@fsgw.org before the meeting date when possible.The Board comprises 13 voting members. Eight voting members constitutes a quorum. The voting members on the 2012-2013 Board are four executive committee members, five program chairs, three at-large members, and the past treasurer.
