The Great American Square Dance Revival Part VI

  • 24 Sep 2011
  • 8:30 PM - 11:30 PM
  • St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Washington, DC
Yes ma'am, yes sir, the time has come for another Square Dance Party in Columbia Heights. Live old-time music and traditional dancing - it's majorly marvelous. Really rollicking. Simply smashing!

The Vagabond Plowboys will be in town to rock the fiddle tunes (from Chicago: Genevieve and Smith Koester on fiddle and banjo, plus local darlings Brandt Ryder on guitar and Kevin Enoch bass).

No dancing experience necessary - callers Laura Brown and Friends will be there to walk you through all the moves. Just show up and jump in!

Bring a drink, a waterbottle, a snack, $5 (to pay the band and the hall), your friends, kids, neighbors, and most importantly, your most excellent selves. St. Stephens Church is a short walk from the Columbia Heights Metro station.
