Owen Morrison ? guitar, mandolin and feet
Elvie Miller ? Piano and accordion
At the forefront of the new generation of dance bands, Night Watch performs for contra and English country dances and concerts throughout the U.S., seamlessly meshing their northern and southern musical roots. On fiddle, Naomi Morse finds sounds both fiery and flowing, and her rhythmic Vermont style sparks with French Canadian, Irish and Swedish influences. Owen Morrison, hailing from Nashville, contributes rock solid rhythm guitar interspersed with facile improvisatory lead guitar and mandolin. Elvie Miller, a New Hampshire native, grounds the band with groovy piano accompaniment and accordion leads.
Fresh from his success with the first ever Brooklyn Contra Party, Bob Isaacs calls.
