ABOUT THE MINI-FEST

Mini-Fest, returns for a second year at Browne Academy in Alexandria in March, 2026!

Come enjoy this FREE Folk Festival featuring musical performances, dance demonstrations, singing and instrument workshops, family programing, and more!

We have over 30 different performers across five performance spaces! You can view the 2026 Schedule Here!

We are in need of volunteers! Please consider signing up for a slot and reach out to presidet@fsgw.org so that we can coordinate your lunch pre-order.

Browne Academy is hosting again, you can see the campus map here.

Attendee parking is in the preschool parking lot (3). Those with mobility needs will be directed to accessible parking in front of the CAPA (11)

Performer and volunteer parking is closest to the space where they will be performing. 

Performances will be held in the library (10), Commons (15), CAPA (11) and Music Room (11)

Performer and Volunteer Green Room is in the Middle School (15).

Browne Academy is also a mile walk from the Hunting Metro Station (yellow line) with sidewalks.
