Board meetings are open to all members. Visitors always welcome. If you have business for the board, please let the chair know in advance so we can make sure there is room on the agenda. Board meetings are usually the first Tuesday of the month, but please check the FSGW calendar to be sure and find the location.
If you have enjoyed FSGW’s programming, and wish to give something back to FSGW, if you are not satisfied and would like to see changes, or if you are just willing to commit some time and energy to help ensure FSGW’s future - please think about running for the FSGW Board. Elections are held in May and the term of office is for one year. If you think you might be interested, please give the president (or any other Board member) a call (telephone numbers of all current Board members are listed above). Nominations may be submitted in writing or accepted from the floor at FSGW programs (always free to members) and at the annual membership contra dances.
For sound or button equipment rental, please complete the
Loan Agreement and give it
to the appropriate equipment coordinator listed below.
